Easy supper, though not that quick

I found a dried soup mix in the bulk bin at whole foods and decided to give it a try because it had all sorts of different grains and no sodium. I took it home, boiled it for an hour, stirred in some tomato sauce for flavour and poured half over a bowl of fresh kale and cooked chicken. And it was supper with no effort.

The next day I reheated the soup with some garlic, a fresh tomato, kale and sausage and it was much better. The sausage (spicy Italian chicken sausage from Trader Joes) added a lot of flavour that was missing the night before.
